Services and Stock

The Loopa platform is not limited to scheduling cleaning services. Based on information about each property, such as its type, number of beds, bed sizes, and guest details, we automatically determine the needs for bed linen, towels, hygiene products, and other items, ensuring the ready availability of all these articles for each turnover.

Real-Time Progression

Our cleaning teams report the start and end of all cleaning services through the Loopa App. It is also through this app that they report any incidents that could affect the proper execution of a cleaning. This way, you will know, in real time, the progress status of all cleanings taking place at any given moment, in any of your properties.

Logistical Innovation

via RFID

In order to maintain strict control over the quality and utilization rate of our clothing, we use RFID technology. Each individual item of clothing that we provide for rent is tagged with an RFID label, which allows it to be read in our logistics centers. This way, we know exactly which garments have been provided to each property, as well as the number of wash cycles they have undergone.

This careful management helps extend the lifespan of the clothing and ensures greater consistency in the quality standards of all the garments we handle.
